The Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia for School-Aged Children   (K-SADS)

The Kiddie schedule for affective disorders and Schizophrenia is a lengthy, semi-structured interview that aims to identify affective diagnoses. There are currently four different versions of the test that include interviews with both child and parents.

MASC-2
  • 8 - 19

The Multidimensional anxiety scale for children, 2nd edition, is a self-report assessment tool completed by parent-report and/or child report.

Measures specific anxiety symptoms including emotional, physical, cognitive and behavioral symptoms.

RC-MAS-2
  • 6 - 19

The Revised Children’s Manifest Anxiety Scale, 2nd edition, is a self-report assessment of anxiety using a yes-or-no format.

ADIS-IV
  • 7- 17

The Anxiety Disorder Interview Schedule for DSM-IV) is a lengthy, comprehensive semi-structured interview that assesses the DSM-IV criteria for all of the anxiety disorders and commonly co-occurring diagnoses.

The Diagnostic Interview Schedule for Children is designed for interviewer administration; Parent report (ages 6 - 17); Child report (ages 9 - 17). Fully structured diagnostic instrument that assesses thirty-four common psychiatric diagnoses of children and adolescents.

MINI  
  • 4 - 17

The Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview for Children and Adolescents is a short, structured interview to assess anxiety disorders in youth. Administration time is only approximately 20 min.
