Goals

  • Improve the efficiency and timeliness of diagnostic evaluation and initial management of a child with signs/symptoms of Torticollis
  • Improve clinical outcome and compliance with therapy
  • Improve coordination of care between specialists and primary care (interdisciplinary communication)
  • Identify children with Torticollis who benefit from early treatment and management

Metrics

  • Increase percentage of patients with confirmed or suspected CMT referred to PT within 2 months of life
  • Decrease length of time from diagnosis to evaluation and treatment of CMT
  • Decrease length of time from diagnosis to resolution of CMT
