- Reinsertion of a Replacement Balloon G-Tube
- Insertion of an Urinary Indwelling Catheter (Foley) Catheter Into Gastrostomy, Gastro-Jejunostomy, or Jejunostomy Stoma To Prevent Stoma From Closing Note: This ED pathway attempts placement of a Foley catheter by progressing 1 size smaller until stoma preservation is achieved. This policy stops at an attempt at 1 size below for the rest of the institution. Follow the ED pathway.
