Ensuring Use of the Appropriate Growth Chart

There are many different growth charts available in Epic. For most patients, the appropriate growth chart will be the default in Epic. Clinician should be aware of the appropriate chart for the patient being measured. Plotting on the wrong chart can result in misclassification of growth percentiles.

Standard Growth Charts in Use at CHOP in Epic

Other growth charts are available in Epic but are not considered standard practice at CHOP.
