Call Transport Communication Center
  • Determine referral location PHL vs. KOPH EDM
  • Ask child, family member to mask, tent children unable to mask
  • Must instruct patient to avoid building entry/waiting room and on arrival call: 215-590-3481 for PHL or 445-428-3030 for KOPH for entry instructions. See Job Aid
  • Transport to Chat ED "PHL ED Pt Accept Notify Team" or
    "KOPH Notification Group" for awareness
