Nutrition Interventions
- Eat smaller, more frequent meals with attempts to eat higher-protein meals
- Reduce food aromas
- Choose simple, bland foods (consider coconut water, congee, clear broths/soups at room temperature)
- Take anti-emetics prior to meals
- Comfort foods that have worked previously
- Consider herbal teas with fresh ginger root, peppermint
