CMP and Phos
  • Phosphorus < 4.8 for 2 consecutive values 1 wk apart
  • or
  • Alk phos > 600
  • or
  • Calcium persistently low for 2 consecutive values 1 wk apart (late finding)
    • iCa < 1
    • Albumin adjusted calcium < 8 mg/dl
X-ray Findings as Available
Chest or abdominal film done as part of clinical care e.g., babygram
  • Bone abnormality on X-ray
    • Osteopenia, rickets, fracture, bone demineralization, etc.
