Identifying Adolescents ≥ 13 Years at Risk for STI
This pathway guides the care of female, male, transgender, gender diverse adolescents ≥ 13 years who are:
- Sexually active and in need of routine screening
- At risk for STI as determined by patient history — At-Risk Behaviors Definition
- Experiencing symptoms suggestive of STI — STI Signs and Symptoms
Exclusions
- < 13 years of age
- Victims of sexual assault
