Physical Therapy Goals

  • Independent bed mobility
  • Walk 250 ft independently (1 circle around 4 South Tower)
  • Ascend and descend one flight of stairs with supervision

Occupational Therapy Goals

  • On/off toilet independently
  • Step into/out of tub independently
  • Independent lower body dressing
