Why patient ratings and comments may not be available for this provider:

Patient and Family satisfaction ratings for individual providers are collected when patients receive care in an outpatient Primary Care or Specialty Care office of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. In order for a rating to be listed, a physician would need 30 or more experience ratings. If you are viewing a physician who does not have any ratings available, it may be because the physician:

• Has not yet received the minimum 30 patient experience ratings (30 ratings ensure that it is a true reflection of patient experience)
• Works primarily in an inpatient setting or a procedural area (for example, the physician is a hospitalist, surgeon or intensivist who mostly provides care to hospitalized patients.)
