Background

Tonae Simon, BSN, RN, IBCLC, is a registered nurse and international board-certified lactation consultant. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Drexel University in 2011. Tonae is currently the coordinator of the CHOP Mothers’ Milk Bank. She also provides direct lactation support to mothers and babies admitted to the hospital. 

Tonae is a proud mother of three breastfed children. From this experience, she developed a passion to advocate and educate mothers and families. Her goal is to better prepare mothers and babies through their breastfeeding journey.
