About Claudia M. Ferran, MD

As the Attending Physician for the Global Patient Services clinic, Claudia Ferran provides pediatric ambulatory care to children from overseas coming to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) for their specialized care. Dr. Ferran provides intake evaluations, sick visit evaluations and follow-up care after hospital admissions. The clinic was set up to provide a medical home for the international children during their care at CHOP.

Dr. Ferran has been with CHOP for the last 15 years.  She worked at CHOP’s Primary Care Centers at Karabots and at 39th Street prior to the inauguration of the Global Patient Services clinic in June 2017.
