The annual Patient and Family meeting is hosted jointly by the Thalassemia Programs of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and Penn Medicine. It's an educational program for children, adolescents and adults with thalassemia and their families. Light refreshments and child care will be offered at this event.
