Growth and Resiliency
The diagnosis of childhood cancer brings significant challenges, making it essential for us to take the time to grieve and process the emotions that arise. At the same time, we can open ourselves to the possibility of growth—discovering resilience and newfound strength during these difficulties. In this session, we will come together to share our experiences, explore individual and communal coping strategies, and empower ourselves to navigate the toughest days with greater resilience and hope for the future.
Momcology is national nonprofit organization that facilitates peer support for parents and primary caregivers of children who have been diagnosed with pediatric cancer. Support group sessions will give you the chance to meet and talk with others experiencing what you’re going through.
