Embracing Mindfulness in Daily Life
The seemingly constant demands and stressors our lives are filled with after a childhood cancer diagnosis can leave us feeling overwhelmed. In this session, we will explore mindfulness as an effective tool for grounding ourselves in the present. Mindfulness can help us manage daily challenges while allowing us to uncover moments of joy, resilience, and personal growth in our everyday lives. Together, we will learn how to cultivate presence, embrace the current moment, and create space for healing and thriving.
Momcology is national nonprofit organization that facilitates peer support for parents and primary caregivers of children who have been diagnosed with pediatric cancer. Support group sessions will give you the chance to meet and talk with others experiencing what you’re going through.
