In addition, there will be an expert and a patient panel that will serve as a Q&A and forum to discuss the topics of the day and answer any questions from the attendees.
Educational and fun activities will be provided for all patients aged 5 years and older.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
RSVP by Wednesday, May 1, 2019.
Free parking will be available in the Buerger Center for Advanced Pediatric Care garage.
