All of the following counties in Pennsylvania:

• Chester
• Lancaster
• York

This screening list does not include all counties with community transmission as deemed by the PA Department of Health, and instead targets the counties from which CHOP patients are most commonly seen.

National

There are no current national locations listed for the EPIC screen.

This list is maintained by Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) infection prevention personnel in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Health as well as local health officials, including the Philadelphia Department of Public Health.

For clinicians

For patients with clinical symptoms that may be consistent with measles, ask a detailed domestic travel and exposure history and contact 5-SAFE if concerned.
