Jason Armstrong, Chief Financial Officer for Comcast Corporation, has joined CHOP’s Board of Trustees, effective July 1, 2025.
In his role at Comcast, Mr. Armstrong oversees all financial functions and strategic planning across the global enterprise. Before his appointment to CFO in 2023, he held a variety of roles at the company, including Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer at Sky — a Comcast subsidiary that is one of Europe’s leading media and entertainment companies — and Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. Mr. Armstrong joined Comcast after 13 years at Goldman Sachs, where he most recently served as Managing Director of the firm’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Research Group.
Mr. Armstrong earned his BS in Economics from Duke University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
