Poison Control Center Participates in Medical Toxicology Day

On Nov. 5, 2014, the Poison Control Center and Einstein Healthcare Network hosted a city-wide Medical Toxicology Day at Philadelphia’s Einstein Medical Center. Bringing together toxicology experts from throughout the Philadelphia area, the educational event included sessions on:
- Danger Depot: Toxicology Risks to the DIY Home Remodeler
- Management of Bleeding Events Associated with Novel Anticoagulants
- Critical Case Series and Panel Discussion
- Delayed Toxicity: When 6 Hours Observation Isn’t Enough Time
