Rushani Saltzman Named Master Clinician

Rushani Saltzman, MD Rushani Saltzman, MD, attending physician with the Division of Allergy and Immunology, recently received the Alan R. Cohen Master Clinician Award in CHOP’s Department of Pediatrics.

The Master Clinician Award recognizes the extraordinary talents and contributions of practicing physicians in the Department of Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). The award is intended to honor those who provide superb care and exemplify collegiality. Awardees have a reputation for taking joy from their work, communicating patient information in a timely and courteous manner, looking at the whole child rather than a single organ system, supporting coordinated care for complex patients, and making extra efforts to be certain that patients are accommodated.
