Active COVID-19, Clinical Pathway — All Settings

Patients with COVID Disease

Cohort

  • Positive SARS-CoV-2 PCR from respiratory tract
    • From NP, endotracheal or tracheal aspirate
  • Consider also MIS-C for COVID (+) patients with a compatible syndrome

Exclusions

  • Patient with + antibody tests alone (i.e., without a positive PCR test from the respiratory tract) should not be considered infected with SARS-CoV-2
