Shaney Pressley, MSN, CPNP-PC, is part of the CCU Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Shaney graduated from Grand Canyon University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Subsequently, she completed her Nurse Practitioner training at Drexel University: Pediatric Primary Care Practitioner Program.
Shaney comes with vast experience in pediatrics and more specifically pediatric cardiology. She has worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the Cardiac Center: CICU and Step down units at Nemours AI DuPont Hospital for Children and more recently at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International-Nu Eta Chapter, the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Society and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
Shaney has also received an award in the category for Evidenced-Based Practice for her poster on: The Impact of Standardized Inter-stage Home Management Programs upon Growth and Survival Rates in the Single Ventricle Population.
