Autism Spectrum Support Group
Learning your child has autism spectrum disorder (ASD) can cause a range of emotions and bring up a lot of questions. Our new monthly educational support group was created to help. The support group offers CHOP Primary Care parents a safe space to learn more about their child’s ASD diagnosis in a convenient, virtual format. It also offers parents the opportunity to connect with others on this shared journey.
This support group is available to parents of patients with an ASD diagnosis who are seen at the following CHOP Primary Care sites: Cobbs Creek, Karabots, Souderton, Sunnybrook, Collegeville, Media and Broomall.
Parents that attend a session for the first time will receive a $10 Amazon e-gift card. Parents are encouraged to attend all of the meetings, if desired, but will only receive a one-time e-gift card.
