The purpose of this study is to look at the safety and tolerability of RBX-121, a one-time gene therapy, in subjects with MPS II (Hunter Syndrome). You may be eligible for this study if you are a male between the ages of 4 months to 5 years old. Reimbursement for travel and research procedures will be provided. This study involves blood draws, interviews, urine collection, genetic testing, general anesthesia, lumbar punctures, MRI, gene therapy, lumbar puncture, ultrasound, ECG/echocardiogram and physical and neurological examinations. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and effective the drug Qsymia (Phentermine/Topiramate of Ph/T) is for children, adolescents, and young adults with hypothalamic obesity. We will also evaluate if Ph/T helps with weight loss and changes in hunger in patients with hypothalamic obesity.

If you are determined to be eligible, then your participation will last for approximately 8 months. Participants will be asked to complete up to 5 in-person visits and 5 telephone safety check-ins. During the study you will be randomly assigned to study drug (phentermine/topiramate) or placebo for 28 weeks.

You will complete study procedures including blood tests, ECGs, mobile cardiac outpatient telemetry, body composition scan, and questionnaires. Compensation and reimbursement of limited travel expenses is available.

This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of RGX-111 in patients with Mucopolysaccharidosis Type I with a neurocognitive deficit that are at least 4 months old. This study involves administration of the RGX-111, general anesthesia, lumbar puncture, blood draws, MRI, ultrasound, electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, hearing test, and chart review.

The RE-EEN Smoothie Study is recruiting patients newly diagnosed with Crohn's Disease who are interested in using diet to help achieve disease remission. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the use of a whole-food based smoothie as Exclusive Enteral Nutrition for Crohn's Disease. In this study, participants will be randomly assigned to receive either a whole-food based smoothie, or formula as Exclusive Enteral Nutrition (EEN) therapy for Crohn's Disease. Participants will work closely with the study dietician to ensure that all of their nutritional needs are met during their participation in the study.
