Description
The purpose of this research study is to look at whether or nota sleep questionnaire can be used on infants 3 to 24 months of age, with or athigh-risk of having Cerebral Palsy. This questionnaire is currently being usedon older children, so we will be looking at a younger age group.

What to expect
You will fillout 3 questionnaires and it will take no more than 45 minutes. We can send youa link and you can fill them out at home, over the phone, or in our clinic onthe 7th floor of the Buerger building.
