Vibration Desensitization for Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome

We recommend incorporating vibration as one of your desensitization techniques into your daily routine. This can be completed at any time during the day; handheld massagers can be purchase it online vendors or local department stores.

Using a commercially bought handheld massager, massage over all affected areas for 3 to 5 minutes. Keep in mind to apply pressure while moving the massager over the affected areas, preferably directly on the skin. This is the correct way. This is the incorrect technique. Try to perform this desensitization technique for about 3 to 5 minutes consecutively each time or in other words the length of your favorite social media video. It's easier to remember to do it when you incorporate it into your everyday routine.
