Carfilzomib in ALL

CHOP, in collaboration with Onyx Therapeutics, Inc., is conducting a study for children and young adults up to 21 years old, with relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia. This clinical trial is adding the study drug, Carfilzomib, to a standard relapse chemotherapy regimen. Endotheliopathy in Oncology

The purpose of this research study is to determine if certain markers in your blood are increased over the duration of your chemotherapy, especially as you get sicker, such as developing a severe infection (sepsis) or severe respiratory failure (acute respiratory distress syndrome).
