Preparing for Your Center for Bone Health Appointment

When you make your appointment, we may ask that your child has certain tests before the appointment date so we can review the results with you at the appointment. This could include a DXA scan, X-rays or blood work. You will also receive instructions to complete a diet record and questionnaires about pain and mobility. These forms will be sent to you via MyCHOP, or by mail if your MyCHOP account is not yet set-up. Please bring all test results, along with any medications your child takes, with you to the appointment.
