The Center for Rehabilitation at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) helps children get back or improve physical or cognitive (thinking, learning) skills that have declined due to disease or injury. Our center is a world-renowned leader in pediatric rehabilitation and is dedicated to empowering your whole family so you can optimize your child's quality of life.

Children who need intensive therapy and require around-the-clock medical attention stay in our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Children who need specific rehabilitation services receive full- or half-day, short-term therapy through our Day Hospital Program. Whatever level of rehabilitation your child needs, our team has the experience and expertise to help your child thrive.
