This grant will fund CHOP’s Community Asthma Prevention Program Plus (CAPP+) home repairs program to improve health outcomes for vulnerable patients.

The Runway raised funds for CHOP’s Healthier Together Initiative, which works to improve the health of the most vulnerable kids in the Philadelphia community.
