We only accept internal referrals for CHOP Integrative Health Program services. 

If you are the parent or guardian of a CHOP patient, ask your clinician(s) if a particular complementary health treatment would be right for your child. 

If you are a CHOP clinician, please make your referral by searching “Integrative Health” in Epic.
