Got Transition® is a federally funded center that offers many resources for young adults and their families to support them in their journey as they transition from pediatric to adult healthcare. Access resources here.

Lupus can affect pregnancy at any stage. It is not clear whether the severity of the disease or the type of medication causes problems.

Adolescents with chronic illnesses, including arthritis, need guidance and a plan for the future in order to safely transition to an adult provider.
