Pulmonary Vein Stenosis Program

The Pulmonary Vein Stenosis Program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) provides expert diagnosis, individualized therapies and ongoing care to children with suspected or confirmed pulmonary vein stenosis (PVS). One of few highly experienced centers in the country, CHOP’s Pulmonary Vein Stenosis Program offers a personalized approach to each patient’s care, based on the underlying cause of a patient’s stenosis and the severity of disease. From interventional to medical therapies, our multidisciplinary team takes a step-by-step approach to treatment, escalating care as needed to manage recurrences. Patients with PVS require lifelong cardiology care, and our team helps transition adult patients to the Philadelphia Adult Congenital Heart Center.
