Meet Our Resilience After Infant Substance Exposure (RISE) Program Team

When your child is connected with the NFP-RISE Program, their core care team will include CHOP neonatologists, pediatricians, physical therapists and social workers who coordinate care provided by experts in primary and specialty healthcare, substance use treatment, child welfare, and early childhood development. Depending on your child’s needs, community-based services may also be involved. This broad team of specialists works together to provide a range of prevention, early intervention and treatment efforts to improve outcomes for infants and families.
