Ticket Submission

If necessary, our Service Desk will submit a ticket to our Identity and Access Management Team on your behalf. Please ensure you note the Ticket Number and the name of the representative you speak with for future reference.

How to Communicate with CHOP for Consultations and Patient Care

Priority Line

Do you have a clinical question about a patient who has not been seen by a CHOP subspecialist? Do you want to have a conversation about whether specialty care is the best next step? Call 1-800 TRY-CHOP (1-800-879-2467).

Enterprise Medical Command Physician

Do you have a transport or referral request? Do you need medical advice or assistance with a complex patient being sent to the CHOP Emergency Department? Call the Transport Communications Center at 215-590-2160.
