Background

Jacquelyn Reid comes to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) with a passion for community education. With 10 years of youth development work and an educational background in Public Health, she enters the world of Trauma and Injury Prevention with a strong drive to create direct and meaningful engagement and education opportunities to families in and around Philadelphia. Jackie is pulling from experience in middle school mentorship, curriculum development and implementation, operational functions, and direct family support within a school setting. Her years of experience and relationship building with families throughout Philadelphia and Cleveland will translate to the direct need for bed-side education around safe transportation and injury prevention. Jackie is a Certified Car Seat Technician allowing her to educate on the safe transportation of children at CHOP and beyond.
