This was the first time we'd seen Dr. Chu for a well visit. As a parent, I absolutely loved how she explained each part of the exam to my son. I also liked that she talked to HIM and not me since she was examining HIS body. She narrated the whole exam, and gave him an overall description of how the exam would go before she even started. She was kind, personable, and very thorough.

I loved working with the provider. She was extremely kind, patient, explained everything that, explained all of my questions about what my son was going through, even answered questions not related to what we were there for. My son had special needs and she went above and beyond. So did her medical assistant and everybody on the team. It was wonderful to meet this doctor for the first time and she did a great job. I really, I actually asked her if I could come back and see her again because I loved our experience so much.

Dr. Chu is a great pediatrician. Not only does she know a lot, but she also cares. She always takes time to listen, ask questions, and I trust her. I will continue to schedule appointments with Dr. Chu. She sees a lot of patients but always makes us feel like we are important.

Seeing Dr. Chu is always a pleasure to see and we greatly appreciate her availability for a same-day sick appointment.

Dr. Chu was absolutely fantastic with my 13 year old daughter. We scheduled this appointment looking for a doctor in the practice who would make her feel comfortable. Dr. Chu exceeded our expectations! She was friendly, polite, respectful and engaging my daughter in casual conversation about her interests and concerns in a way that made my daughter feel very safe and cared for.
