Meghan M. Galligan, MD, MSHP, is the Medical Director of Patient Safety and the Center for Diagnostic Excellence, as well as an attending physician in the Division of General Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Her operational and academic work focus on patient safety, quality of care, organizational science of healthcare delivery, and process improvement.
