  • Dr. Shamimi-Noori is wonderful - so kind, honest, and thoughtful. I feel very lucky that we were scheduled to see her on a day that was scary as a parent. Highly recommend.

  • Normally my son is very fearful of medical professionals and needs to be held down to be examined which makes it a stressful process for him and I both. Dr nuri's bedside manner was so calming and she made each exam into a fun little game for him. It was like he was a completely different kid at this appointment. She is a miracle worker and an everyday hero. I cannot thank her enough

  • We really appreciate a Dr Noori's genuine interest in our children and their health and development. We really feel like she cares about us, even though we know she sees so many different patients. On that note, she is also so timely! I don't ever feel like we're waiting forever in the exam room, which is such a relief when stuck in there with two young kids!

  • Dr. Noori answered all our questions and was really clear and supportive. It was a great visit and very comforting following some concerns about our baby's health (and a recent ER visit)

  • We had a really phenomenal visit with Dr. Noori. We went in for a well visit, but our baby was sick, and she took the time to listen to all of our concerns about our baby and also check in with how he was doing with his development and what to expect next. She spent so much time with us and answered all of our questions. In a time when it's really hard to see the doctor because of how busy things are, she made the time for us and addressed all of our concerns. We had such a positive experience and would highly recommend her.

About the Patient Experience Rating System

The Patient Experience Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions shown above from our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score. We are committed to true transparency. However, to ensure the comments are fair and correctly attributed, we review each one before posting to the website. We exclude entire comments that disclose patient’s protected health information, are off-topic, or include other confidential or inappropriate content. Comments will appear on provider bios only if providers have a minimum number of comments. Comments are shared internally for education purposes to ensure that we are doing our very best for the patients and families for whom we are privileged to care. The comments are submitted by patients and families and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not reflect the views of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
