The Division of Nephrology at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is co-hosting its 7th Annual Summer Cooking Camp for adolescents and teens aged 10 to 18. The week-long camp is free and open to any Nephrology patient (CKD, dialysis, hypertension).
During camp week, youth will learn about the renal-healthy diet and portion sizes from CHOP Nephrology staff; and how to prepare different renal-diet-friendly meals from chef instructors at the Culinary Literacy Center. In the afternoons, they will participate in other fun activities and events at the library.
We will be following all updated COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC at the time of camp. Space is limited to 16 campers, register today!
