The Division of Nephrology at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is among the largest of its kind in the world and is consistently ranked as one of the top programs in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. The division is staffed by 22 attending physicians and pediatric nephrology fellows who collaborate with support staff to treat children with all forms of kidney disease. We offer eight specialty clinical programs focused on conditions ranging from common to complex. Last year alone, our division had 6,600 outpatient visits and more than 3,000 inpatient encounters.
