Acne Express is a virtual consult service that uses secure photograph submissions to assess your child’s acne. This service is available to patients 8 to 17 years old in New Jersey and Pennsylvania who have a MyCHOP account. If your child is not a patient at CHOP, a medical record number and MyCHOP account will be required before an Acne Express visit can be requested. Please contact the dermatology department at 215-590-2169 (option 1) if you would like to register as a patient and set up a MyCHOP account. Within 5 business days, a CHOP Dermatology physician assistant will review your case and included photos, make treatment recommendations, and prescribed medications if needed.
