Youth Heart Watch Team Partners With Philadelphia Parks and Rec on “Heart Safe” Initiative

Although sudden cardiac arrest is rare in children, it can affect anyone, even those who are physically fit. During the summer of 2020, our Youth Heart Watch Program partnered with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation to ensure all Philadelphia recreation centers were "Heart Safe" with a donation of Rescue Ready automated external defibrillators (AED) and accessories, plus virtual training for Parks & Rec staff.
