Background

Jacquelyn Oswald, MSN, CRNP, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University and subsequently her Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University, Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program.

Jacquelyn brings a wealth of experience to the Thrombosis and Consult Team.  She started her career as a Clinical Assistant at Boston Children’s Hospitals Pediatric Cardiology intermediate unit, until she graduated from nursing school. In 2017, Jacquelyn joined the CICU at CHOP as a clinical nurse, working at the bedside with patients/families. As she gained experience, she became a clinical mentor, preceptor and soon became a resource/charge nurse in the CICU.

Jacquelyn enjoys giving back to the community and in 2015, she was able to be a nursing volunteer at the Maitland Cottage for disabled children in South Africa.
