The National Patient Services (NPS) Intake Team at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) works closely with the Clinical Engagement and Outreach Team, referring providers and partners, out of area families and affiliate hospitals. Our goal is to provide personalized service and an easy, streamlined Intake experience when scheduling first-time appointments at CHOP. Our team includes experienced Access Coordinators and Clinical Nurse Coordinators who have ongoing communication with providers. They support families through the entire Intake process and up until they arrive for their first appointment.
