About Maria Gemino-Borromeo, CCRP
Maria Gemino-Borromeo, CCRP, is a clinical research program manager for the Neuroblastoma Developmental Therapeutics Program at the Children's Hospital in Philadelphia. With an extensive background of over 20 years in clinical trials, encompassing phases I-IV, expanded access trials and FDA compassionate requests, Maria has cultivated expertise in project management, participant recruitment, retention, and data capture and analysis throughout the research lifecycle. She skillfully oversees complex clinical research projects, working in tandem with various consortia, pharmaceutical companies, and CHOP investigators to drive optimal outcomes. As a valued member of the NBDT, Maria is honored to work in collaboration with Dr. Maris and Dr. Mosse, providing pioneering therapeutic options to families. She remains dedicated to learning from patients to enhance future therapeutic options for children.
