Patient and Family satisfaction ratings for individual providers are collected when patients receive care in an outpatient Primary Care or Specialty Care office of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. • Has not yet received the minimum 30 patient experience ratings (30 ratings ensure that it is a true reflection of patient experience)
