  • Dr Downes takes time to interact with my daughter in meaningful ways and encourages her. She listens to our concerns thoughtfully and has taken the time to consider all the pros/cons of how to proceed and help our daughter become the best possible version of herself. While the appointments at clinic are long, we look forward to our time with Dr Downes because we know how deeply she cares for our daughter and family. She's AMAZING.

  • Dr. Downes always listens to my concerns as well as my daughters. We never feel rushed and we never leave with any questions left unanswered. This is my daughters favorite Doctor. We both look forward to seeing her well before our next appointment. Hands down the best Doctor including my share of specialists.

  • Dr. Downes was amazing. I have never had such a positive experience with any provider, especially when discussing a less than ideal diagnosis. She listened so thoroughly to all of our concerns and, despite the outcome not quite being what we hoped for, we left feeling much more optimistic about the future well-being of our son in her care. She helped us see our son's diagnosis in an entirely new light and opened our eyes to his own little superpowers that come with it. Lots of mom-blame comes with a developmental diagnosis for your child and she made space to assure us that there was no blame, it was purely genetic, and we were doing our best. As a new mom, with a rough start to motherhood, her kindness with our whole family meant everything to us.
