About Morgann Loaec, MD
Dr. Loaec is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and Penn State College of Medicine. Dr. Loaec completed pediatrics residency and pediatric critical care medicine fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). She completed an NIH T32 scholarship in cardiology and pulmonary epidemiology research while completing the MSCE program at the University of Pennsylvania. She joined as faculty in the Division of Critical Care Medicine CHOP in 2025. Her research focuses on the physiology and treatment of prolonged pediatric in-hospital cardiac arrest and the use of extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
