Dr. Miller was very thorough and met my child at her level. Mental health can be difficult to navigate but Dr. Miller was kind, took time to listen and explain. The appointment ran over and probably threw off her schedule but Dr. Miller was not rushed and it made such a difference to my daughter and to me.

Dr. Miller was very validating as to how alarming our toddler's illness was and at the same time very reassuring about his recovery. She thoroughly assessed him and discovered the beginning of an ear infection. With this finding, she explained her thoughts regarding the options of using antibiotics versus monitoring our child and invited us to be a part of deciding how we would like to proceed. We felt heard, understood, confident and very much a part of his care. We look forward to partnering with Dr. Miller in our child's future care.
